Yes, the final cost indicated will include applicable shipping costs by courrier service.
What types of payment does TeaCha accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express symbol. We also accept payments through PayPal.
When will my card or PayPal account be charged for my purchase?
We will charge your card or PayPal account immediately after you place your order.
How can I return or exchange an item that I purchased?
No returns are permitted as TeaCha packs are perishable. If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, please get in touch with us at cs@teachatea.com.
Where do TeaCha's teas come from?
All over the world. TeaCha teas are selected from each major tea-producing nation. See our Tea Shop to learn more.
How can I check on my order, and how do I get a copy of my invoice?
Upon checkout, we will email you a receipt containing the details your order.
What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
It will typically be listed as “Out of Stock” on our website. In the unlikely event we sell out of a product at the time you place your order, you will receive a full refund.
